Quenton Stroop (BSc.) joined BearingPoint in May of 2014 as a manager. As a certified ITIL V3 expert he is involved in the implementation and/or optimalisation of IT Service Management. This will finally lead to the overall performance improvement of capabilities, teams and IT services. Quenton is known for his special attention and focus on ‘human’ aspects. As a manager at BearingPoint he successfully uses this attention and specific knowledge to the ‘soft’ aspects of organizational change in the domain IT Service Management (IT services).
