In 1986 we started as KPMG Consulting Dutch Caribbean with focus on software development.

Spin-off: KPMG Consulting becomes BearingPoint International

In 1999, KPMG Consulting was spun-off as a separate business and in 2002 we changed our name to BearingPoint, an international technology and consultancy firm.

Management Buy-Out: BearingPoint Caribbean

In 2010 a management buyout (MBO) of the Caribbean practice took place with focus on the Dutch Caribbean.

Strategic alliance with Be Informed

In 2010 a strategic alliance with Be Informed was formed; building systems with Be Informed Business Process Platform.

In 2011, BearingPoint Caribbean Offshore Competence Center was set up for software development for Be Informed clients in The Netherlands and USA and as a Service Center for Be Informed USA
